Welcome to my page!

I am a tenure-track assistant professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. I received my Ph.D. in public policy and management from Price School, University of Southern California, in 2020.

My research lies at the intersection of economics of aging and labor. I am interested in individuals' labor supply decisions in the face of population aging. Specifically,  I conduct applied microeconomics research on the institutional and non-institutional factors that shape aging individuals' work and retirement decisions. In doing so,  my focus lies on the role of technological changes, skills, pension/Social Security, and immigration.
